Saracino Meringue Mix 400g

Easy-to-use powder for perfect meringues. Simply sift the mix, combine with room temperature water, and whisk for 10 minutes until soft and foamy. Fold in icing sugar gently, pipe the mixture, and bake in a preheated static oven at 80°C until fully dried.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, EGG WHITE powder, corn starch, flavor.

DOSAGE: Meringue mix 100 g, water 60 g, icing sugar 90 g.
