The mirror glazes by Saracino are perfect for glazing edible treats with a mirror-like shine with great colour and flavour. This is ideal for use on cakes, pastries, mousse, and frozen desserts.
How to Use: Pour into a bowl and heat in the microwave or in a bain-marie until it reaches 35-40°C. Stir slowly until smooth and pour on to a very col cake. Put 1 minute in the blast chiller to cool, at this point proceed with the decoration.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, cocoa powder, thickeners: agar-agar (E406), pectine (E440); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acids: citric acid (E330).
