The range of Powder Colours are brought to you by leading cake decorating, sugarcraft and patisserie brand Saracino. The matt powder food colours (Powder Lake) are liposoluable, so these are perfect for colouring chocolate. They are also highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way, we recommend adding small amounts of colour at a time and building the colour up to what you desire. (Not exceeding 0.05g per kg.)
The colours can be dusted directly onto sugarpaste, flower and modelling pastes and chocolate or mixed into buttercream and royal icing. Mix with cocoa butter, rejuvenator spirit or vodka to create an edible paint. Suitable for food use only.
