The Saracino sugar paste (Pasta Top) is a high quality covering icing paste which is designed to be suitable for use in high humidity and up to temperatures of 30°C. It is also suitable for refrigeration.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, stabilizer: glycerol; high oleic sunflower oil, maize starch, thickener: carboxy methyl cellulose; flavor, preservative: potassium sorbate; acid: citric acid; tartrazine E102, allura red AC E129, brilliant Black PN E151
