Saracino Pasta Top is a versatile sugar paste and a cake covering essential! Crafted for professional results, it's super elastic and tear-resistant, allowing for thin applications (even 1mm thick!) without cracking. Withstanding temperature changes and humidity, it's ideal for any climate.
To prep, knead by hand for 2 minutes or microwave (700W) for 10 seconds for extra elasticity. Made with sugar, cocoa butter, and sunflower oil, it's perfect for hot, humid climates and can handle temps above 30°C.
It's freezer-friendly plus, it's gluten-free, contains no hydrogenated fats, and is vegan-friendly. Get ready for flawless cake decorating!
