Select Ireland - Supreme Silk PLATINUM EDITION - White Sugar Paste 5kg

Supreme Silk Platinum is stronger sugarpaste than original Supreme Silk Sugarpaste and rolls out extremly thinly. Platinum edition has added Isomalt and extra gum for even better performance on tall, deep and intricately shaped cakes. It is made in Ireland and has a natural white finish and vanilla flavour which isn't overly sweet to taste.  Supreme Silk sugarpaste is a lovely pliable sugar paste that is very easy to roll very thinly and apply first-time.  Due to Supreme Silk's Platinum firmer texture for best results it is recommended to knead well to activate the gum fully before you start.  Suitable for both covering cakes and modelling with, to create a flower modelling paste you just need to add Gum Trag or Tylo powder by Rainbow Dust.

Allergy advice - manufactured, handled and stored in environments that handles nuts and nut oils.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light.  Do not freeze or refrigerate and once opened, wrap in cling film and place inside an air-tight container, this will stop the unused sugar paste from drying out and cracking.
