This premium ready-to-roll icing is  for covering awkward and unique shapes as it is firm yet flexible, giving a smooth finish without cracking or "elephant skin". It has a unique velvety smooth texture with a firmer recipe that's great for warm hands. This sugarpaste has a Creamy White Chocolate Flavour.

 

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seed), modified starch: potato starch, thickener: xanthan gum, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.
