Sweet Success 4" Square Fruit Cake (2.5" Deep)

These ready made fruit cake bases by Sweet Success are perfect a perfect time saver for Christmas cakes as well as exceptional wedding cakes. Or for if you just fancy a really nice fruit cake! This cake is ready to decorate, with no need to soak with alcohol further as the fruit is soaked in a mixture of pure fruit puree and sherry prior to baking with a moisture retaining method. 

These fantastic cakes are packaged in a sturdy box to protect them during transit.

Please note: The cakes are baked in a 4" tin with a target height of 2.5". Due to shrinkage during cooling they will measure smaller. Most shrinkage will occur on the top of the cake, so flip it over before covering.
