Sweet Success Vegan/Egg Free Square Sponge Cake

Deliciously moist ready baked vanilla vegan sponge cakes, ready for you to decorate. PLEASE NOTE although every care is taken in the preparation of our eggless vegan cakes, they are made in a bakery where egg and dairy is used in many other products. For this reason, they may not be suitable for customers with the most severe types of egg or dairy allergy.

Individually boxed moist sponge cake ready for you to decorate. Square cakes are all sold as 2 layers in a box. Each layer is approx 1.25" deep so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake (2.5" in total). These cakes are packaged in a sturdy box to protect them during transit. For all sponge cakes - store in a cool place, but do not refrigerate. The sponge cakes can be frozen for up to 5 months to extend the life.

Please Note: This cake has a 5 week shelf life. Five week shelf life is calculated from the day of baking, not the day of delivery. We recommend that you order sponges to arrive about a week before the celebration, then decorate them in the week leading up to the wedding or party. This ensures the cake is in prime condition when served, and ought to give plenty of time to enjoy the left-overs! The shelf life given is for the undecorated cake base in the original packaging - once decorated, the life will depend on the type of fillings and icings used.

TIP: Why not keep a spare cake in the freezer ready for those last minute requests!

Chocolate: Sugar, WheatFlour (Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (Rape), Corn Flour, Glucose, Glycerine, Cocoa Powder (2%), Raising Agents (E450, E500), Salt, Vanilla Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum),SoyaLecithin. 

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts
