Whipping it Up! is the first multimix to compliment the Sugar & Crumbs flavoured icing sugars. It creates the perfect Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC) but also so much more. You can also make shortbread biscuits, meringues, pavlovas, mousse,macarons and royal icing.
The product comes in 500g zip seal bag and is white in colour which means you can colour it yourself to match your designs.
