A cake leveller is a must have for any cake decorator. This small size is ideal for the home baker making cakes 10" or smaller. The leveller will allow you to cut domed tops off of cakes and halve a cake for filling quickly and easily, without the mess of using a knife and whilst keeping the cuts even. The wire can be adjusted for height making it suitable for various depth cakes.
