Wilton Icing Colour - Red No-Taste

This red variant of the Icing Colors, does not have the same sweetened flavour as the other colouring gels in the range. This is particularly useful for red velvet cakes.

The highly concentrated range of Icing Colors by Wilton have been designed to allow you to add colour to your icing without watering it down. The colours can also be mixed together to create your own unique shades, simply mix the gel colours together before adding to your icing.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Sugar, Humectant (Glycerol: E422), Water, Colour (Allura red: E129), Starch, Acidity regulators (Citric acid: E330, Sodium citrates: E331), Thickener (Agar: E406), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate: E202).

E129 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children.

Allergy advice: May contain traces of milk, soybean, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
