The highly concentrated range of Icing Colors by Wilton have been designed to allow you to add colour to your icing without watering it down. The colours can also be mixed together to create your own unique shades, simply mix the gel colours together before adding to your icing.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Sugar, Humectant (Glycerol: E422), Water, Colour (Brilliant blue: E133, Tartrazine: E102), Starch, Acidity regulators (Citric acid: E330, Sodium citrates: E331), Thickener (Agar: E406), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate: E202).
E102 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children.
Allergy advice: May contain traces of milk, soybean, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
