Membership & Enrolment:
- Eligibility:
Who can join? Anyone that signs up for an online account will be automatically enrolled in Club VV for access to fantastic discounts.
No Membership fees!

- Enrolment Process:
Sign up for an online account at https://thevanillavalley.co.uk/warehouse-account/ You will receive an email confirmation that your account is set up.

- Multiple Accounts:
It is the account holder’s own responsibility to ensure that they hold no more than one account.
Using alternative accounts or checking out as a ‘Guest’ (without logging in) will not count towards your overall target level.
All membership accounts will be reviewed separately and orders placed over multiple Club VV’s membership will not be combined or backdated and will not count towards your Club VV Membership total spend.

- Intellectual Property:
Ownership of any content or materials provided by The Vanilla Valley Ltd or Club VV or will remain the property on The Vanilla Valley Ltd.
Rules & Regulations:
- General Rules:
Club VV membership levels will be reviewed twice a year, every 6 months between the end of May and November each year. Specific review dates may be subject to change.
To maintain your current level, you must reach the minimum spend for your current level over a 6-month period.
Important: Your first review may be skipped – accounts will only be reviewed at the end of the second 6-month period. This is to ensure everyone gets a full 6 months to build up spend before any changes are made.
If you exceed the threshold for the higher-level membership, you will automatically be upgraded on the next review date. Likewise, if you don’t reach the minimum spend for your Club VV membership level, you will be downgraded based on your last 6 month spend.
Simple as that!
Customers / members may request a review of their spend at any time if you believe you qualify for an early upgrade. To achieve this, you must have reached the minimum spend required at that club level before requesting an early review. The Vanilla Valley Ltd (Club VV) reserves the right to refuse or suspend early reviews at any time. Any misuse of Club VV, The Vanilla Valley Ltd website or failure to adhere to the Terms and conditions may result in your early review request being denied.
The price you see will be inclusive of discounts, where applicable. You will not see the price the item is on a normal retail account, only the price applicable to your own account level.
Discounts are only applicable to products and services listed on The Vanilla Valley’s website.
All promotions, offers and discounts are entirely at the discretion of the company, and we reserve the right to change or alter them at any point. Some offers may be region specific and/or the pricing may vary by region.
Returns and refunds will be deducted from the Customers / Members account and will not count towards the overall total spend upon review.

- Modifications: The Vanilla Valley Ltd (Club VV) reserves the right to modify or cancel the Club VV program at any time.
The Vanilla Valley Ltd (Club VV) Reserve the right to terminate any membership if we deem this necessary. The Vanilla Valley Ltd and Club VV expects its members to adhere to the general code of conduct outlined. Any instances of harassment or misconduct on behalf of the member / customer will be reviewed and a decision will be made within 30 days whether the membership in question will be withdrawn.
- Communication: Club VV will communicate primarily through email – but we may give you a call or leave a voicemail if we think this is necessary, unless you have opted out of these communication methods.
- Third-Party Partnerships:
The Vanilla Valley Ltd does engage in Third-Party Partnerships with content creators and affiliates.
Discounts may not be used in conjunction with each other and may also be limited to 1 use per customer. Any misuse of discount / offer codes from Club VV or it’s affiliates may result in the termination of your Club VV membership.

- Limitation of Liability: Members / Customers are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using The Vanilla Valley website or Club VV services.
- Disclaimers:
All promotions, offers and discounts are entirely at the discretion of the company (The Vanilla Valley Ltd), and we reserve the right to change or alter them at any time. Some offers may be region specific, or the pricing may vary by region.
Multi buy discount offers may exclude product lines or types from the brand being discounted. They are subject to change and may have a maximum purchase quantity per customer.
All discount codes include time limits as well as limits on the number of usages per customer which cannot be exceeded.
Most discount codes will not be applicable on bulk buy items, such as cake board/boxes multi-packs and large boxes of icing/covering paste. It is entirely at the discretion of the company to decide which items are eligible for discount and we reserve the right to change or alter this at any point. Discount codes must be added at the checkout when placing an order and cannot be implemented retroactively. Unless stated otherwise all exclusive email discount codes are 1 use per customer. The Vanila Valley reserves the right to cancel the use of discount codes at any time without prior notice.
The Customer / Member is responsible for any unauthorised use of their Club VV Membership. Please keep your Username and log secure and do not allow others to use it. Report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your account to our Customer Services Department immediately for assistance.
Under no circumstances will The Vanilla Valley Ltd be held responsible or liable in any way for claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information) resulting directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use this website or any websites linked to it. Nor from your reliance on the information and materials on the website, even if The Vanilla Valley has been advised of the possibility of such damage in advance.

Wholesale (Business only) accounts are subject to successful application only and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Wholesale accounts are not associated or run in conjunction with Club VV and will be reviewed following The Vanilla Valleys Wholesale Account General rules & Terms and conditions, which will be available to discuss upon application.
