Beau Flavours are highly specialised, concentrated flavourings which can be added to a variety of cakes and desserts. Each flavour contains natural flavourings and are supplied in 40ml bottles.
One of the most common challenges when making flavours, especially those based on citrus, is heat stability. Our flavours therefore have been developed for a bake safe consistent flavour.
All flavourings come in concentrated form and should be used sparingly until you reach your required taste. We recommend to add 1/4 teaspoon to your recipes for your required taste, add a little at a time for fuller flavour.
