They can be used for cutting or embossing and are a must have for any cake maker. For best results the Patchwork cutters should be used with Modelling or Mexican paste which is ultra fine and less stretchy that traditional flower pastes.The paste can be coloured prior to use and you can enhance your designs further by dusting them with blossom tints.
