Cake & Cake Gumpaste - White 800g

CONTEST is a gum paste dedicated to the decoration of desserts, in particular for creating modelling and 3D subjects, even large ones, without the use of load-bearing structures. It is a high quality product thanks to the presence of simple and natural ingredients and is rich in deodorized cocoa butter. The product is easily shaped thanks to the mediation between elasticity and consistency. In terms of performance it is very suitable as it dries quickly, reaching a notable degree of hardness, avoiding accidental breakages. A further advantage is the workability in the hottest and most humid periods of the year, without the product showing any fat or greasiness on the surface. Easily coloured both by adding colorants and within the mass, using simple food colours in gel, paste or powder.
