This Mustard colour is part of the gorgeous desert shades collection from the fantastic Australian brand Colour Mill. Colour Mill food colouring has a unique blend which loves the fats and oils in your baking. Colour Mill dye and disperse their colours using these oils, allowing you to to achieve rich and vibrant results in buttercream, swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter mix, ganache and sugarpaste fondant. Blended and bottled in Australia. Due to the colour being concentrated, only a tiny amount of colouring is needed and application is easy with the flip top bottle to then squeeze in to your mixing bowl. We wouldn't recommend using more than 2% of what the colour is being mixed into. Please note; the pigments used in each colour vary in weight. Some will weigh more than others, but all colours are the same strength and filled to the top.
