To apply these glamourous Rose Gold edible glitter squares to sugarpaste apply using a very thin layer of piping gel, left first for a couple of minutes to go tacky, use a flat dusting brush then to stick them to the sides of your cake. Top tip; work on a surface where it's possible to capture any loose glitter squares that fall when lifting them to the cake to apply again.
A single pot of the Glitter Squares should cover approximately a 10 inch round cake with glitter squares to spare.
Give your cakes an extra glitz and sparkle with these mini edible squares, they really do look stunning. The glitter squares a super fine like confetti flakes. They are water soluble so avoid using on fresh cream, frozen products, or wet icing. We also stock the glitter squares in white, silver, gold, blue and rose gold.
