The FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes makes it simple and easy for you to create those perfectly even, flat and moist cupcakes we are all looking for. The offer a golden brown colour and lovely vanilla taste! The cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant, marzipan or swirls and rosettes of buttercream. This mix can also be used to prepare mini cupcakes, cake pops, a loaf cake or a round cake.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: 500 g mix, 250 g (cream) butter and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix the ingredients on low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups, use an icecream scoop to half fill the cups with batter. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for approx. 18-20 minutes. Going for mini cupcakes? With 500g Mix for Cupcakes you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or do you prefer a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
