With this Sponge Cake Deluxe baking mix you can easily make a wonderfully light sponge cake, the perfect base for many cakes. With this easy to prepare baking mix you can make fluffy, high and even sponge cakes of confectioner quality. The cake already has a delicious vanilla taste, but you can add some lemon zest or a flavouring should you wish to enhance the taste. Full instructions on how to use on the product packaging.
