Achieve a perfect looking ganached or buttercreamed cake every time with these specialist plates. Unique to The Vanilla Valley, these plates help you achieve a flat top and sharp edge to your cake. These sturdy plates can also be used as templates to carve your cakes.
How to use: Place the plates on the top and bottom of your cake and frost using the plates as your guide ensuring a flawless end result. When finished, remove your plates and then wash again for future projects.
What size do i need?
The .5 inch plates allow for 1/4 inch frosting around your cake
The .25 plates allow for 1/8 inch frosting around your cake
The .00 plates are to be used if your cake shrinks once baked
These plates are re-usable and so a great investment for any cake decorator. Also available in other shapes.
