Achieve a perfect looking ganached cake every time with these specialist plates. Unique to The Vanilla Valley, these plates help you achieve a flat top and sharp edge to your cake. Can also be used with buttercream and other frosting.  These plates are re-usable and so a great investment for any cake decorator.  Wash in warm soapy water before and after use.  Branded with The Vanilla Valley logo on the underside of the plate they also are engraved with the size so that you can be sure you are matching the top and bottom plates. 

What size do I need? This size set includes 6", 7" and 8" sets which are to be used if your cake shrinks once baked.
