The Magic Colours edible food colouring gels have a unique soft texture which will not alter the texture of your icing. These are highly concentrated, so just one drop which is easy to achieve with the nozzle lid, will create instant colour. Build up colour gradually, drop by drop, from pale shades to strong vibrant colours.
Use to colour fondant and buttercream icing, gumpaste and marzipan. It can also be using in baking up to temperatures of 180°.
Shake well before using. Store away from direct sunlight in a cool place.
Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, Water, Corn starch, E102, Tartrazine, E415, E331, E211.
E102 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children.
