Is Bright Green Different from Leaf Green or Racing Green?

Yes. Bright Green is the colour to choose when you want a vivid, eye-catching finish. Leaf Green gives a more natural botanical tone, while Racing Green is deeper and more dramatic. Bright Green sits in the middle as the playful option, making it ideal for cakes where the colour needs to stand out.

Because ProGel is highly concentrated, you can build the shade gradually without adding too much liquid to your mixture. Start with a small amount, mix well and add more only if needed.

How Can You Use Bright Green in Cake Decorating?

Bright Green ProGel can be mixed into buttercream for piped grass, cupcake swirls or bold borders. It also works well kneaded into sugarpaste or modelling paste for toppers, numbers, leaves and character details. For cake batter or cookie dough, add the gel gradually and mix until the colour is even.

For a finished design, pair Bright Green with white sugarpaste for contrast, brown colouring for natural textures, or yellow and blue ProGel shades to adjust the tone. The clean squeeze tube helps keep colour controlled, whether you are working on small details or a larger batch of icing.
