The Saracino sugar paste (Pasta Top) is a high quality covering icing paste which is designed to be suitable for use in high humidity and up to temperatures of 30°C. It is also suitable for refrigeration.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, stabilizer: glycerol, high oleic sunflower oil, maize starch, thickener: carboxy methyl cellulose; flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate; acid: citric acid.
Allergen advice: Possible cross contamination with: EGGS, PEANUTS, SOY, MILK, NUTS (ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIO NUTS), SESAME SEEDS.
