An easy to use shellac solution for brushing and dipping sugar work to give a high sheen, and for glazing marzipan and chocolate. Can also be used as a protective coating for sugar, chocolate and marzipan.
Allow to fully dry before eating.
Note: Confectioners glaze must never be consumed in the liquid form, only when 100% dry is it classified as edible.
Squires Kitchen do not guarantee glaze is free from nut traces as it is produced in an environment when marzipan is handled.
