The colours in the dust range are fantastic for every day food colouring. They are high quality colours and ideal for colouring dry sugar work like Royal Icing, Pastillage, Sugarpaste and Sugar Flowers. Squires Kitchen Professional Dust Food Colours (also known as powdered food colours) are fine, edible powders.
They can also be mixed with Rejuvenator Spirit or alcohol to create an edible paint. For a thicker consistancy they can also be added into the Squires Kitchen confectioners glaze.
This range is fully intermixable so you can create your own colour palette depending on what you require.
