Taking your buttercream to a new level, Squires Kitchen have developed a new range of colours Perfect for Buttercream. These highly concentrated water based colours are suitable for colouring Buttercream, Royal Icing, Sugarpaste, Modelling Paste, Sugar Florist Paste (SFP), Marzipan.
Squires Kitchen are well known for producing reliable and consistent colour collections and the Perfect for Buttercream sets are a fantastic addition to their range of colours.
Set of 5 Bold Colours. Set includes: Scarlet, Bright Yellow, Lime, Azure & Slate.
Only a small amount of colouring is needed so add a little at a time until the desired colour has been achieved. Use no more than an average of 1 level teaspoon (5g) of colour per 500g of icing.
