Squires Kitchen Cocol Chocolate Colouring is the ultimate product for adding colour to chocolate. Made from coloured cocoa butter, this fantastic range of chocolate colourings is specially designed to add vibrancy to chocolate. The bright colours in this range work at their best when used with white chocolate. All colours are fully intermixable and can be used in an airbrush.
Easy to use: Remove the lid and microwave on full power to melt the colour. Replace the lid and shake at regular intervals to ensure the temperature distributed evenly. Do Not Overheat. Alternatively melt the cocol by placing the bottle into warm water. You can then brush or airbrush a think layer of the colcol into your work or mix into tempered white chocolate to add colour.
