Sugarflair "Superwhite" icing whitener is not a paste colouring but rather a fine powder which can be added to royal icing or butter cream icing/filling to brighten the colour, also known as Titanium Dioxide.
You can also paint with them by adding Rejuvenator Spirit or Dipping Solution (Not suitable to use with chocolate)
If you want a white edible paint we’d suggest mixing it with water or Rejuvenator Spirit (alcohol).
