Sweet Success Sweet Silk Sugarpaste is a soft, smooth and easy to work with sugarpaste. Designed for covering sponge and fruit cakes it was recently voted top by an independent testing panel in a trial against six other sugarpaste brands.
The ivory sugarpaste is a popular choice for wedding cakes and has a delicate vanilla flavour to it. Add CMC or Tylo powder if you need the sugarpaste to set firmer for modelling etc.
Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fat (Palm and Rape, Emulsifier E471), Vegetable Glycerine, Stabilisers (Gum Tragacanth, CMC), Vanilla Flavour, Citric Acid, Preservative E202, Colour E171, E172.
