Supreme Silk Ivory is made in Cork, Ireland and has a vanilla flavour which isn't overly sweet to taste. Supreme Silk sugarpaste is a lovely pliable sugar paste that is very easy to roll and apply first-time. It's excellent covering properties help ensure no tearing or elephant skin occurs and suited for taller, deeper cakes due to it's elasticity. Due to Supreme Silk's firmer texture for best results it is recommended to knead well to activate the gum fully before you start. Suitable for both covering cakes and modelling with, to create a flower modelling paste you just need to add Gum Trag or Tylo powder by Rainbow Dust.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze or refrigerate and once opened, wrap in cling film and place inside an air-tight container, this will stop the unused sugar paste from drying out and cracking.
