How to use: To melt, put into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring inbetween.
Once melted, you can work with the isomalt in the same way as you would with sugar. This isomalt will melt clear, and can be easily coloured with gel pastes and used in moulds.
Ingredients:Isomalt. May contain traces of lactose, soya, nuts or sulphites.
Needs to be tempered before use.
CAUTION:Hot isomalt will stick to skin and cause severe burns. Wear specialist gloves and protective equipment at all times and aim to melt in small amounts. Keep away from children.
